Therapist Training
Therapist training at Yellow Sky Psychological Services, LLC offers a supportive, collaborative space for clinicians to build confidence, strengthen evidence-based skills, and navigate clinical challenges with guidance. I provide supervision for graduate students, early-career clinicians, and seasoned therapists seeking advanced support in CBT, PE, and ExRP.
Being a therapist is incredibly rewarding, but it can also feel overwhelming or isolating at times. When I was starting out as an LPC, I often felt in over my head and needed guidance, support, and someone to validate my concerns and experiences. I know how much it helped me to have a safe space to ask questions, talk through challenging clinical situations, and figure out what to do next.

Being a therapist is incredibly rewarding, but …
… it can also feel overwhelming or isolating at times. When I was starting out as an LPC, I often felt in over my head and needed guidance, support, and someone to validate my concerns and experiences. I know how much it helped to have a safe space to ask questions, talk through challenging clinical situations, and figure out what to do next.
Now, as a licensed psychologist and LPC for sixteen years, I offer supervision and training for clinicians at all stages, including graduate students and early career therapists and experienced professionals seeking advanced guidance in evidence-based practices.
Sessions are collaborative and flexible. I create a non-judgmental space where you can explore challenges and build confidence! We focus on case conceptualization, evidence-based interventions, ethical practice, and professional growth, while leaving room for your specific questions or concerns. Common topics include:
- Recognizing and treating OCD
- Working with trauma
- Uncertainty about specific interventions
- Professional self-care and managing burnout
- Navigating imposter syndrome
As a Certified Prolonged Exposure Consultant and certified in Exposure and Response Prevention (ExRP), I provide guidance grounded in evidence-based methods. Supervision sessions can be offered individually or in small groups, in-person or via telehealth.
By the end of our work together, you will feel more confident in your clinical decisions, equipped with practical strategies, and supported in navigating professional challenges.
